Overview
This document outlines the typical process implementation flow, detailing the key stages involved in taking a process from its initial design to its successful deployment and ongoing management. Understanding this flow is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective process implementation, minimizing risks, and maximizing the benefits of process improvements.
