Manage Monitor List
"Manage Monitor List" refers to the functionality that allows users or administrators to create and organize named monitor lists and add specific Person or Business records to these lists for ongoing Adverse Media Monitoring. This ensures that selected entities are continuously tracked for new negative media coverage, supporting compliance, risk assessment, and due diligence processes. The feature includes: Creating a new Monitor List with a custom name, type (Person/Business), and optional configuration. Adding records (e.g., Contacts or Accounts) to a Monitor List to begin automated monitoring.
Fetch Monitor Result
The "Fetch Monitor Result" feature allows users to retrieve the Adverse Media Search results for a specific Monitor List.
Each Monitor List can have multiple associated List Members (e.g., individuals or businesses), and this function enables users to perform a fresh search across all those members to check for any newly available adverse media information.
Court Search Results
A Court Search API is a manual or automated, on-demand search initiated by a user or system to retrieve official public records related to legal proceedings, such as bankruptcies, liens & judgments, and UCC filings, for a specific individual or business.
