How to Add a Cloud Maven Representative to your Plaid Account

Steps to Add a Cloud Maven Representative

1. Login into the Plaid Dashboard with your unique credentials provided by Plaid

2. Navigate to Team Settings --> Members

3. Click on Add a Team Member.

4. Enter the following details for the Cloud Maven representative:

   1. FirstName: {Rep First Name},

   2. LastName: {Rep Last Name},

   3. Email: {Rep Email}

5. Click Next

6. Assign the following permissions by selecting their checkboxes:

General →

• Support(Ability to raise tickets on behalf of the Client in case of any issue)

• Team Management(Ability to view the API Keys)

API Secrets →

• Production, Sandbox

7. Click on Send Invitation to invite the representative
