This document serves as a checklist to gather all required information before configuring Cloud Maven's DocGen & eSign application. Collecting these details ensures the application is configured according to your organization's document generation, approval, electronic signature, compliance, and automation requirements.
Who should fill this out
Sections 1–3 are best completed with your Salesforce Administrator and Business Owner. Sections 4–12 are typically completed by your Salesforce Administrator or Solution Architect, as they involve Salesforce configuration, document templates, automation, security, and integrations. If you're unsure about any section, leave it blank—we'll review it during the implementation workshop.
